Black Bean PROTEIN Brownies Recipe
139 cal 7 g protein
1) Puree the following in food processor - mix until VERY smooth:
Goya Black Beans Dry, 1 Cup Dry Measure (makes more than 1 cup when cooked)
{{{OR YOU CAN USE 1 Can black beans, drained & rinsed but this adds sodium}}}
Plantfusion - Protein - Vanilla Bean (or any protein powder), 1 scoop (30g)
Syrups - Maple, 1/3 cup
Quaker Oats (Net Carbs) - Quick Oats Oatmeal, 1/2 cup dry, 40g
NoSALT Salt substitute (or any salt or nosalt), 1/4 tsp
Trader Joe's - Stevia Packets, 2 packet
Pure Vanilla Extract, 2 Tsp
Motts - Natural Applesauce - No Sugar Added, 1 single serve container
Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp
Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 7 TBSP
2) Spread into greased 8x8 brownie pan (I use parchment paper to get it out easily and in one piece)
3) Evenly Top with: Hershey's - Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp (60 grams) - smush them in a bit
Calorie Total:1,251 Per Serving: 139 (makes 9 servings) with [28 carbs, 3 fat, 7 protein, 13 sugar, 80 sodium]
Bake 350 Convection 18 minutes. (if you don't have convection, bake for an addition 2-3 minutes)
