Hang out with the Mrs and have her give me a back rub ...I was sooo relaxed today. Had a great workout, came home and had around 350g carbs then laid down and had her rub my back...I was literally drooling.
Just be careful and be sure not to fill your boredom with empty calories....it's easily done. I know if I'm bored, food is the first thing that comes to mind.0 -
Get a professional massage, I had one yesterday and it was divine! I still feel floaty.0

Take a blanket and book to read under my favorite tree at the park. Very peaceful.0

I use physical relaxation technique. It's simple. Lay down on floor, close your eyes and scan each part of your body and loose the muscles. Once you observe each part of the body and let loose the muscle, excess energy is released and you feel truly relaxed, similar to a deep baby sleep.0
