Any walkers out there? :)

Hi, I am new and I have found that my favorite primary source of exercise is walking - especially outside. I have been walking about an hour a day in the morning. Any other walkers out there want to be friends? I LOVE walking!:smile:

    I am a walker/runner. I was running 2 to 3 miles per day for several years, and have ran in several 5k races over the past 3 yrs.. I am not as young as I used to be, so I have started walking alternating with running. You can add me too

    I used to walk as often as possible on my lunch break, now I still walk at lunch and run or ride my bike at night..feel free to add me.

    I am a walker. I do about 5 miles to 10 a day. Living in NYC makes it easy!!! Most of us do not drive.
