Weigh-in question

Is it better to weigh yourself in the morning or the evening? Obviously, I weigh less in the mornings than in the evenings ... so which should I count when I "weigh-in"?

  • I would try to be consistant and use whichever weight you used for your initial weigh in. So if you weighed in-in the evening use that one. Or if you want to use the morning because it'll be truer to your weight just realize that while it may look great the first week it may not look quite as good the next week.
  • I've always heard that you should weigh yourself in the mornings after using the bathroom and either naked or wearing similar clothes each time so you'll be consistent. Good luck!

    1st thing in the morning, after you get up and use the bathroom, with no clothes on. THis will closest to your true weight.

    Through the day your eating and drinking. If you weigh yourself in the evening it will be up 2-5lbs
