I'm kinda new on this site but I wanted to share this with you guys. This is my before when I was in high school
and this is now..
I did it using weight watchers and started out with a lot of walking, Then I started jogging once my knees could handle it, and then slowly started going to the gym and lifting weights. I was also playing any outdoor sport I could find and staying active . Now that I'm down to the weight I always wanted to be I need some suggestions on how to build muscle in my arms. My legs are pretty big from years of walking/jogging/sports, so I don't need much help there. I just want some good looking arms..any help would be great. Thanks
