Thigh weight won't budge!

I am at a very healthy weight (135) at 6 foot, but all of my weight seems to stay in my upper leg (thigh area)! What do I do? I'd prefer not to do strength training. I eat very healthy, stay at a calorie deficit, and run 3 miles everyday plus only drink water! How do I get rid of this thigh weight? It makes me feel terrible about how I look!

According to your BMI you are underweight. I know that BMI is not always the best indicator of health/weight/etc, however, if you're underweight, and saying that your thighs are making you feel terrible about how you look.... this is not a physical issue, but a mental one. Please see a therapist to discuss if you have body/food issues.

You've definitely hit a low weight. However, Cardio makes your body smaller but weights can change the shape.

Im not sure why you're adverse to strength training. Look at the success stories on the forums. So many really changed their body shape. I love The Firm workouts lots of squats, plies, leg presses etc. beach body brazil butt lift says its geared to help thighs & bum, but i haven't personally tried.

Building muscle may be what you need. Substituting 3 strength training workouts for 3 of your runs could really help.

You are a 6 ' tall male, only weighing 135 Ibs?
Sorry, but I find it hard to believe you have an issue with thigh size, when you are that underweight.

This. 6' tall Male, 135lbs - not quite adding up here. The problem may not be your thighs but your perception of your body.

I'm curious how a person goes about weighing individual body parts?

Get into a surplus and lift heavy.

    Rigger

That is what I was wondering too.
