Meal Replacement Product Questions.

I don't usually have time to make meals and sit down and eat and I was looking into meal replacement products. My main questions are:
"Should I see my family doctor before taking any meal replacement products?"
"Do meal replacement products actually work?"
"Do they actually provide the daily nutrients and proteins I need to maintain a healthy body?"
"Are meal replacement products for everyone?"
"How should I research what product would be best for me?"
I am sure that eating all natural healthy foods are probably healthier than meal replacement products but since I have a busy life style and I don't have tons of money to unload on healthy foods I believe this could be a better alternative for myself.
Below are some products I have local access to and was looking into.

I appreciate the help if provided

Meal replacements are normally a poor excuse for real food0 -
I understand but I cant afford all the correct types of foods I should be eating daily, on top of that I have a really bad choice on foods and end up buying ramen and other various foods I don't actually need.0

I'm too lazy to cook at times so I will eat Quest protein bars, and use Whey protein shakes made with milk to go with fruit as a meal on the go. There are a lot of different bars and stuff out there now you can try just read the label because some are not as healthy as they tout about. Take fruit too, apples, bananas, etc instead of always using shakes or to have with shakes. Just research the shake, GNC makes some decent one called Total Lean or something like that I keep some of those on hand.0
