Favorite Whey Protein?

Hello all. I workout in the mornings and like a protein shake after for my breakfast. On days that I have lab meetings and can't eat at my usual time (1:30-2pm instead of 11am), I like to do 2 scoops which keeps me full until I can eat lunch. Otherwise I am starving and trying in inhale everything I can get my hands on (which on a college campus is a lot of junk). (Also, I am aware of packing snacks, and I do, I just get so hungry that I look for more and more). My problem is, my fav protein powder recently switched its formula, so now if I do two scoops, it is so thick I can't drink it, and it is gritty now. It used to be great with 1.5cups of liquid (water or milk). Now, even 1 scoop is almost too thick. So what is your favorite?

In all honesty, it took me years to find a combination that worked, and that I could actually enjoy the taste. It's a matter of trying out a few combinations and going from there.
I enjoy a vanilla protein, with cranberry juice and a little water to help with the thickness.0 -
Red 8 - this is in New Zealand, not sure where else you can get it. The vanilla powder is my favourite.0

I highly suggest Energy First ProEnergy Whey Protein. Tastes really good and has everything you need to have in a protein powder. Only negative thing is that you can only buy it from their website and its a little pricey (unless you buy a case). Well worth it in my opinion.

met-rx ultramyosyn whey
Optimum Nutrition (ON) is also a good tasting protein powder.0 -
Tera's Whey is awesome. It's pretty pricey, but is organic and tastes really good. Bourbon Vanilla is the best.0

Another vote for Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard. It's the only one I found that isn't gritty. Tastes better with milk if you're having it on its own. If you're mixing it with something, water is fine.
I put mine in fruit smoothies.0
