Not losing weight and getting frustrated

So my goal is to lose 100 lbs total. As of right now I've lost 22 since the middle of January, but that's it. I haven't lost anything in almost 2weeks. I'm busting my butt running on my elliptical (between 25-45 minutes a day sometimes even longer) and eating between 1100-1400 calories a day and haven't lost a damn pound. I know that having a week of not losing is normal but I can't figure out why I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks. I'm not ready to switch up my routine because the elliptical is great for my terrible ankle that has been through the ringer over the past decade. Its pretty much bone on bone. Need some advice. Has this happened to anyone else?

If you have 100 lbs to lose, eating between 1100-1400 calories seems low.
Can you post your BMR and TDEE please?0 -
Can y ou open your diary so we can see what/how you are tracking? You may not be eating enough for all the exercise.
Are you weighing/measuring all your food?0 -
Weightloss isn't linear I really wouldn't consider changing anything until at least 4 or 5 weeks. Just double check you are weighing and measuring your food accurately and you are logging everything. I frequently have a few weeks when nothing happens.0

one thing to remember, you lose weight when you burn more, you maintain weright when you eat back your lost calories. I am on a 1340-1600 calorie task daily, i make an effort to burn atlesst 7-1100 calories a day in the gym, the foods i eat i very rich in protein (hemp seeds, flax, protein powder occasionally) so i get full very fast!0

I really understand where u are coming from. Ineed to lose 100 pounds too and i havent lost anything since first week of Jan. I log all my food and exercise 1-2hours every day. Im so frustrated, i want to give up. But i dont. I just changed up my work out some and started being more careful with what i eat. I added more protein and more vegtables. Dropped 2 pounds this week after weeks of no loss. I didnt gain all this weight in a few months and its going to take time to get it off. Just keep eating healthy and exercising and you will continue to lose. Just dont give up.0
