Who else is doing Richard Simmons cardio dvd's????

I'd love to connect to others that are! It's the only exercise I've done that I find to be not totally awful ;-))) please add me!

Every day I do Party off the pounds (80s music) and Sweatin to the Oldies 1, then alternate with Blast and Tone every other day :)

    I have 3 Richard Simmons workouts, he's funny! I also follow him on facebook. He posts lots of pictures in costume.

    I'm a little late, but I bought Party Your Pants Off over Christmas break and did it for the first time over the weekend. and....now I remember why I loved my mom's old Dance Your Pants Off VHS when I was younger! you can feel free to add me!

    I lost over thirty pounds just doing the sweating to the oldies. My favorite is 2!

    I found Sweatin to the oldies 1 at a thrift store ....on vhs, I still have a good sony vcr so for $.50 im like what the heck lets check it out,and I have been hooked ever since, I also came across Richard's Tone and Sweat video(which I love) where you use the toning cords (resistance bands) so I switch back and forth between those 2, makes a nice balance of cardio and strength training
