a lot of calories for the whole pack (756), and not a lot of food if you only eat a third of the pack. I'm generally not a big fan of the take it home and warm it tesco style of cooking. Wings are bloody easy to make and you can control ingredients more. they'll never be healthy per se (they are fatty as hell) but they can be better than that, and as long as you don't eat them like that daily they are a treat which helps keep you on track. the one thing in their favour is the price looks good, but if you costed the raw ingredients it would look expensive.0 -
No, they're not bad. They're high and protein and low in carbs.
Just eat them sensibly, work them into your day, and they're fine. No food is inherently bad.0 -

They don't look horribly bad, as long as you don't eat the whole package of them : ) High in protein...that's a good thing!0

Would removing the skin cut the kals by much?0 -

Bake your own ...... there are loads of recipes online .....
Won't be "low calorie" but you can have them & still be able to eat other foods on the same day0 -
I like making baking chicken legs with wing sauce on them. Much more meat with less calories.0

They're not terrible, but they're not great either. Given their high fat content you're going to get a lot of calories for the mediocre amount of protein in them. And then if you want them to taste good you'll probably want to add some sort of sauce which might add even more calories.
I love chicken wings and a few won't ruin your diet. But you have to eat them in moderation. IMO you might as well do them up right with bbq sauce and dip and think of them as a treat. I don't see the point in having plain chicken wings that don't taste great, but still aren't very good from a macro's standpoint.0 -
