Getting Back on Track! Let's motivate each other!

Hi everyone,

Used to be on Calorie Count and lost 80lbs! I gained it all back! Why? Because I stopped tracking in my Calorie Count. I was tracking for myself and my mom. Before I had to enter the nutrition facts manually and now there are scanners! Woohoo.

My doctor recommended My Fitness Pal which he uses himself. Seems similar to Calorie Count so I have mostly been tracking my exercise progress. Now I'm going to try to stick to tracking my foods and exercise. I know I can do this. I've lost weight before so I know I can do it again! Feel free to add me as a friend. Let's motivate each other :)

    Welcome to MFP! I'd love to add you to my friends..This weight loss thing is full of ups and downs. We eventually have to learn the lessons to KEEP us at our goal weight. You can do this....Just keep at it and discover what works for you.

    You are correct, once we stop holding ourselves accountable, the weight come back.
