I usually weight myself, then do 30 min cardio and then weight training. I drank about 0.5 litre of water during workout.
Weight before starting workout: 64.5 Kg (142.1 Pounds)
Weight after workout: 65.3 Kg (143.9 Pounds)
Weight gain: 0.8 Kg (1.7 Pounds)
Can someone explain to me why I gain so much weight during my 1h30 workout? :noway:

0.5 Lt is about 1.10 lbs so you gained from the water you drank. The other .6 lbs I don't know it could just be the scale is off. But you at least gained a lb from that water.0

Why are you weighing yourself before & after? Pick a day a week (preferably in the AM as soon as you get up without eating / drinking but after going to the bathroom)
You hold onto water when working out BTWNot only from what you drank but also your body repairing
