Differences in Calories and Exercise: What to log?

Options
I ran 1.36km in 12 minutes. I'm 53kg.

Runkeeper says I burned 63 Calories. MyFitnessPal says I've burned 380!!! Both are set to exactly the same thing. How is it so different?

I don't know which is correct. What have the rest of you done if you've experienced a similar problem?

For only 12 minutes - definately go with the lower number. I mean we'd all like to log the unreasonably high number right? But sometimes you just have to be honest with yourself.

Definitely more than 63 and less than 380, lol.

I would record the number from the exercise machine.

    60-65 calories.

    Looks like RunKeeper nailed it.
