Differences in Calories and Exercise: What to log?

I ran 1.36km in 12 minutes. I'm 53kg.
Runkeeper says I burned 63 Calories. MyFitnessPal says I've burned 380!!! Both are set to exactly the same thing. How is it so different?
I don't know which is correct. What have the rest of you done if you've experienced a similar problem?

For only 12 minutes - definately go with the lower number. I mean we'd all like to log the unreasonably high number right? But sometimes you just have to be honest with yourself.0

now that you point that out, i'm not sure how I thought it could be the latter... thanks!0
