I can't say that I've completely given it up, but pizza was a huge deal for me. Last night there was an opportunity to have some free pizza and I just thought, "Seven hundred calories for two slices just isn't worth it." Instead I worked on my taco seasoning recipe. It's getting closer to what I want it to be...I think it's time to try a different kind of chili powder.0

Pepsi and Funyons
Coke and Hot Cheetos
Orange Soda and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
Kiwi Strawberry Snapple and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
A&W Cream soda and Cashews
Hawaiian Punch and Hot Cheetos
McDonalds Hashbrowns and Sweet Tea
Sweet Tea period
Panda Express Sesame Chicken
Nachos
Basically liquids (Coke and Tea) are my downfalls, I can live without the junk food, but I constantly crave sodas and/or tea, and with them, I like to have a contrasting food. I haven't had a soda in 1 month, 2 weeks and 14 days. I haven't had a sweet tea in 2 days.
I've replaced these with the zero calorie water from HEB (Texas Grocery store), vegetable snacks, etc.0 -
cheesecake! the cafeteria at work has this amazing cheesecake they serve almost everyday. guess what i ate it almost everyday too! now it just makes me sick knowing how bloated i will feel after eating it.0

Pepsi for sure, I used to drink tons of it especially working night shift! I haven't had one in over a month though0

PIZZA, I could never stop until it was all gone. Now I can eat one or two slices, depending on what is on it, and walk away.0

Fried Food period.... I used to think that was the only way food could be good. Boy was I wrong!!!0

Old Vienna Red Hot Ripplets, Sour Patch Kids, Imo's Veggie Deluxe Pizza. Of these I have yet to have this year 2010.0

My vice was Ramen noodles. I use to eat Chicken and Cheese Ramen, Veggie Ramen, Ramen and Kimchi, Stir Fried Ramen, Fried Ramen, and the list goes on and on. In 2005, I went to the doctor, and he said that if I didn't leave that Ramen alone, it was going to kill me. If salt in the veins was a superpower, I would have been the strongest hero in the universe. I've been Ramen free for about five years now, and as healthy as a horse.0

4) Pork
Why did you give up pork? There was no reason too. Pork is quite healthy when you get a nice cut. I had butterfly pork chops the other night seared in olive oil with and seasoned with shallots and chives and sea salt. They were about 160 cals and were absolutely amazing.0 -
My list....
cigarettes - 4 years on Christmas day
Fast food (burger joints) Have not even pulled my car into a lot since Jan 2010
Pop - diet and regular
Pizza is my downfall.. Still struggling with that. I can control it but I miss it like a long lost lover.0 -

I think in the long run it will cause health problems. I think it is super salty and out of the other meats (turkey and fish) it is the least healthiest. I have cut beef down a bit too and hopefully I can move from it as well. I don't want to just lose weight, I want to be healthy. So I have cut A LOT of the processed foods out also. I try not to eat anything in a box.....0
