How much sugar am I allowed?

I know how much carbs protein fat and calories I'm allowed but how much sugar should I eat per day? I'm 5 ft 8 male 18 and 152 lbs

  No more than 10% of your calories should come sugars. So if you are on a 2K calorie diet 10%= 200 calories= 50g of sugar
