Goal weight 5'5 ladies

Just wondering, i'm 5'5, 33 and currently 149lbs my stats are 33-35-38

  • I'm 5''5 currently 119lbs
    haven't measured my bust , but my waist is 27 and my hips are 37
    I'm small framed and pear shaped so I still carry quite a bit of fat
    calculators say I'm about 24% body fat

    Goal weight : 110-113lbs
    Goal stats - 25'' waist, 35'' hips
    Goal body fat 20%

    I'm 5'5". Starting from 220 lbs my 1st goal weight is 145 lbs. I'm currently around 165. When I get there, I'll reassess if I should lose more or maintain.

    I'm sorry, I don't know my measurements, but I'm 5'5" and hit goal a couple of months ago. I'm at 124, and I want to gain weight at this point. I'm way to scrawny--body fat somewhere in the mid-low teens (based on BIA scale it's 10.1-11.5%, and per a DEXA it's 15.9%). My muscle mass is good, but I'm hoping to build more plus some fat that will come along with it. If I had to guess my new goal weight, it's 135; but I'm focusing on the mirror rather than the scale. (I do weigh in every day to stay mindful).

    Thanks everyone, I really struggled to get to 140lbs in the past, trying to get back there after 3 babies :-)

    I am 5'4.5 and my current weight right now is about 132.
    My goal weight is about 108-110

    I'm 5'5". Starting from 220 lbs my 1st goal weight is 145 lbs. I'm currently around 165. When I get there, I'll reassess if I should lose more or maintain.

    I'm between 5'4" and 5'5", current weight is about 148 lbs. My goal is between 130-135 by August/September, but I'm training for a bikini competition, so I just want my body to look like it's supposed to for that event! After that, I'm good with 140-145.

    I'm 5'5 and my current weight is hovering around 153-155. I started at 185 and set my goal to 145. Now that I'm only 10 pounds away, I'm thinking I might go a little lower, maybe 135. Have to see how I feel once I hit goal. I never wanted to be super model thin, just would really like to not be considered "overweight" anymore.

    I'm 5'5" and started at 206.8 lbs. I got tired of losing, couldn't pick a goal weight, and settled on a goal date instead. I called it goal on my 1 year weight loss anniversary at 132.4 lbs. I've been happily maintaining within a few lbs of that for about 6 months now (see profile for stats). There are times when I consider losing just a couple more lbs, but my body is still changing since I've been maintaining my weight.

    I am 5'6 I was always around 126 then after baby #1 I was 121 then after baby #2 I was around 142, I got up to about 160 then during the holidays 2012. Now I am 134 and I would love to get back to 126 again but I think I would be OK with 130 too.

    I'm about 5'5. I honestly don't think I'd look healthy below 120. I'm currently at about 125 and I'm pretty thin. Body shape, muscle mass, etc have a lot to do with weight. I really loathe BMI charts, because they make the assumption that there is a one size fits all for weight. According to BMI charts, I'd be relatively healthy under 120 lbs. I don't buy that for a second. However, some other women my height might be.

    I recommend just switching to maintenance when you feel/look your healthiest/best. I'm trying to maintain at 125. Although, in the long run, I may try to gain 5 of the lbs I lost back and stop at 130. I looked my best at 130, I think.

    I'm 5'5".

    Highest Weight - 165 lbs
    Starting Weight - 155 lbs
    Current Weight - 140 lbs
    Goal Weight - 130 lbs
    Lowest Weight - 124 lbs (I was 17, so this was before my hips made an appearance)

    No clue what my measurements are. I plan on finding out this weekend - I never bothered with pictures or measurements, but now is as good a time to start as any.

    I'm about 5'5" and my goal is 130-135. I was 115-120 before getting married and having babies, but started MFP at 185, wanting to lose 50 lbs or so. The weight is coming off really slowly despite tracking food intake and working out 5-6 days/week, but I remind myself that it took a few years to pack on the extra weight so I can't expect to lose it in just a few months. :) My body is probably confused by all the sudden exercise and seems to be trying to hang on to every bit of fat for survival (because obviously I must be running from a bear or something while starving?!).

    I'm 5'6" and my goal weight is 140 (I'm SO freakin close at 144). My measurements are b-36, w-29.5, h-38. My body fat % is still 29% (although honestly I think the little scale thingy is wrong cuz I feel like it should be more around 27%). My goal is 25% body fat (according to the scale at the gym).

    When I get to a lower weight, maybe around 125, I'm planning on gaining 10 pounds of muscle (which is why 120 would be ideal to start gaining for me)

    i'm 5'5 my goal weight is 124, I am currently 130-131. I was 123 before my pregnancy. SO just looking to get back. I have 2 kids. Oh also I am 25yrs old. I don't know my stats. Anyone close to me can feel free to add me :-) I have been struggling to lose these pesky pounds

    I'm 5'4" and currently at 188 ( I started at 209...maybe heavier not sure). Goal weight is around 160ish or it may change depending on how things continue to shape up. Hips: 42 and waist: 31.... I'm in between a US size 10 and 12

    What up, fellow 5'5" ladies! I'm 5'5" (and a HALF... haha) and currently around 190 pounds, size 14. My lowest weight was about 160 in high school and I wore it really well. My friends guessed that I was more 130ish at that time. My current goal is to get back down to 160, but my ultimate goal is 145. Feel free to add me! I love making new friends.

    I was thinking the same thing. Reminds me of the importance of not comparing myself to others. Stats are so inconsistent. I think as long as I'm feeling pleased with the size/weight/fitness that I am at.. that's all that matters.

    My mid thigh is 21 and I think that is kinda big for me. I'm 144#

    always been around 140 before the baby... working out every morning since before I can remember
    but this time the scale just won't go down..... starting beachbody workouts... really motivated to be

    I'm going to aim for 140 and then see what that looks like I have been over 150 since I was a teenager so I honestly have no idea. As for measurements I'm a 43-35-43 mostly because I am very broad boned I can pull a measuring tape tight to my ribs and its still a 35 and hitting my hip bones and squishing the fat I'm a 38, neck is a 14.5" so I don't know how much smaller than an 8 clothing size I can really get into. My mom and my grandma are/were both in shape and my grandma was a runner and they still were never much smaller than an 10 or 8

    I am 5'5" AND A HALF :)
    Starting weight was 230 and a size 14
    Currently about 217 and a size 12
    My goal weight ATM is 175

    The smallest I have been as an adult was 150 and I was a size 4 (waist) and 6 if it wasn't a skirt and had to fit my legs. I am normally pretty muscular and when I look back at 150 I feel like I am not proportional and look like I will snap in half (I am a total hourglass figure). So for right now my goal is 175 and I may re-assess from there.
