under 100 cal foods?

does anyone know foods such as rice cakes are pretty sufficient for snacks and meals but really low cal???

    Rice cake, boiled egg, egg white omelette, vegetable soup, stuffed pepper (stuffed with veg)

    greek yogurt, hard boiled egg, carrots, strawberries....

    there are lots of yummy foods to choose from...

    most vegetables, a lot of fruits, seaweed (30 calories/serving), laughing cow light creamy swiss wedges (35 calories), fat free yogurt, hummus, Halo chocolate singles (75 calories)...

    Half a cup of lentils and they really fill you up. 1.5 cup carbmaster skim milk which also has the benefit of 16g of protein

    my best snack is a mix of bell peppers and cucumbers..i make a full sandwich ziploc bag and eat it.... you'll be full...super healthy food full of vitamins C (tons i would say) but...almost no calories at all.
    I eat that..EVERYDAY!
