Why do we weigh less after a night's sleep?

Surely you're all familiar with the phenomenom: you notice that you weigh less in the morning then you did the night before. But why? It doesn't make any sense to me. What do we lost in those 7 hours of sleep?
Note: This is assuming you don't use the washroom or eat anything between the night and morning weigh-ins.

It takes a lot of energy just to meet your basal metabolic needs for your organs to function even at a low level over say 8 hours. Since you're not eating anything, you're not replenishing that energy expenditure.0

Can't view the video on my phone, but it's mostly evaporative (water) losses, also called insensible losses, from breathing all night without taking in any liquids.0
