My other favorite site isn't a health website, but I do get a certain type of exercise....laughter! It never fails to give me a lift.

This is a blog by a sports trainer who is a trained nutritionist. I really like his site - it has lots of solid, good information and in reading what he posts, I can tell he's well read and doesn't take "conventional" diet advice without a grain of salt. He also has some great recipes.

For strength training I love stronglifts.com. Don't let "men" in the title there fool you. This is a great program for women too!0

There are three sites I like to get ideas from:
http://www.chfpatients.com/rec/rec0.htm This one is mainly for cutting down sodium and even has recipes for condiments!!
http://diabeticcooking.com/DCFinder/DCRecipeFinder.html Can choose from main ingredient to type of ethnic food, etc.
http://www.kraftrecipes.com/home.aspx Not all recipes from this site are good for you and sometimes cruel with the photos. However, it does have an area for healthy eating and even budget recipes!0 -
