Cut out the processed foods!

My story is that I am trying to be the most healthy and in shape I can be. Unfortunately ever sense the holidays came, (around last year) I haven't been keeping to my clean eating!!! Its been hard to stay away from the sweets. For example: today for breakfast i had eggs with spinach and light feta cheese. After that my crave wasn't satisfied. I spotted a box of crispy cream donuts, immediately my mouth was watering, yearning for the sweetness! Next thing you know I ate 4 of them!
What are ways that I can master my crave for bad foods! How do I cut them out forever!!! Trying to find a:blushing: solution!!!

I think you should look for healthy recipes that will satisfy you. Last night I marinated chicken breast with honey, mustard, dried basil, parsley, paprika... & for lunch I popped it in the oven & it tasted so good! with a large side of broccoli and hummus. So research recipes. I use allrecipes.com. & trust me, you will be on your way. & think of it this way, one day at a time. I might have a few chips here & there but don't go overboard. I will do it for taste & limit myself. Hope this helps!!!0

I wonder if you should allow yourself "unclean" foods from time to time and fit them into your calorie allowance. Really, you have been trying to eat clean for at least three months (or a year?) and it is not working for you. Perhaps you will find it easier to lose weight if you don't feel deprived.0

"Processed" foods aren't the devil. Honestly, if you have an intense craving for something, work it into your calories for the day. What you're doing right now makes it very easy for you to snap and binge. Instead, just have a little bit and satiate that craving.0

It sounds like you are detoxing sugar. This is a good thing but it can be very unpleasant and hard to resist the easiest form of sugar...processed sugar.
Try eating better carby, sugary foods.
Examples:
FRESH Fruit- Smoothie, Fruit Bowl, etc. (not processed fruit juice)
WHOLE Grains- Brown/Wild/Black Rice, WHOLE Grain Sprouted Grain, etc. (not "whole wheat flour")
I love sweets so I understand girly!0
