Calculating The Biggest Loser workouts

I have been doing The Biggest Loser dvd workouts but can't find anything in the exercise section to calculate my calories. I usually just put brisk 4.0 speed walk, but don't want to do that if it's calculating too many calories burned - although by the end of exercise section, and how I feel I don't know if it would be an underestimate.
Does anyone else use these workouts, and if so, how do you put it as exercise?

I believe the only way you can calculate it, is by getting a heart rate monitor that tracks calories and wear it while you work out.0

I use Aerobics High Impact when I do the Cardio Max and Power Sculpt Biggest Loser workouts.0
