Weight fluctuation, heeeelp!

What's the point? I mean, when you go on the scale in the morning, you weight 50kgs (for example), and after have lunch but have burned most of the calories, your weight is up to 52 or 53! can this be possible?

Water retention. Also, why the hell would you weigh yourself mid-day after you've eaten, expecting to see the same numbers as the morning? Use common sense.

princess, as stated, water retention. To add to that, weighing yourself everyday is going to kill your motivation. I weigh myself everyday Monday morning after I empty my bladder. That too can fluctuate a bit, but it's a better idea of where I stand. But weighing yourself after you've eaten and after you have exercised and drank water, is not the best time.

After fasting (while your slept) is the optimal time.

Firstly, stop weighing yourself everyday. You will drive yourself bonkers. Weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs throughout the day. Your weight will never be the same in the afternoon as it was in the morning.

Don't fuss over the scale. Take pictures, measurements and go by how you FEEL. The scale is such a small portion of this journey!

Weight fluctuation is a normal process. (but you know that already based on your other posts) I suggest working on your relationship with food.
