I have started P90X and I was wondering if anyone knew the Calories burned for the workouts.

It is different for each person and each workout. The best way to determine what you are burning during each workout is to use a heart rate monitor that calculates calories burned.

The calories burned is going to be different from person to person.
Purchase a heart rate monitor and you'll be able to approximate how many callories YOU burned.0 -
You need a heart rate monitor for the cardio workouts.0

I found that circuit training works for the workout days. I used a heart rate monitor to compare. High impact Aerobics for plyo. Yoga for yoga. Aerobics for Kenpo. It's not 100% but pretty close for me.0
