So I'm on vacation and I can say that I haven't been counting my calories I was still working out but I wasn't eating right. I would be probably eat once a day and I've had a lot of alcohol. I was wondering how do you get back on track after vacation. I was 193 before I left I think I'm back in the 200s. Im so worried

It's perfectly normal to over indulge during vacation, so please do not worry or beat yourself up. Wake up tomorrow morning and remind yourself that it's time to get back to your regular routine and start it. That's it. Just pick up where you left off before vacation and you will get back on track in no time!

I went on a vacation about 3 weeks ago and did the same thing...couldn't log as I had no internet access...

When I got back I admit I had gained 4lbs and that's exactly what I expected...what I didn't expect was that is was gone in 2 weeks...

Dealing with it wasn't that bad...even the week after I got back I ate over my calories a bit...but the following week I got tight with my intake and bam...3lbs gone that week.
