ALWAYS over my carb goal?

I'm always over my carb goal- and my sugars, but that's because I eat a lot of fruit and veggies- and I get nervous when it's in the red every. Single. Day. Does going over your carb goal nearly every day affect your weight loss? Feel free to check out my diary and let me know what I can do to change it up.

I am quite often over carbs and sugar too but it hasn't kept me from losing at all because i am always at a deficit for calories. Part of the reason I am over is because I do fruit smoothies made with either almond milk or coconut milk and whey protein powder once a day which are high in natural sugars and carbs.I'm always over my carb goal- and my sugars, but that's because I eat a lot of fruit and veggies- and I get nervous when it's in the red every. Sarah, I've been having that problem also. I looked at your diary and it looks like you're making healthy choices. I hope someone can give more suggestions.

Don't just go by numbers. You have said you're going over due to eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Your body is using these "good" carbs/sugars differently then they would, with say, a candy bar. So don't worry if you're in the red.0

If you wish to reduce carbs and sugar I would lose the banana (the highest sugar / carb fruit), not add sugar to things and consider an omelette for breakfast instead of cereal.
I would also double check the food items you're using to log as some of the values looked a bit high to me.0 -

No. Consistently going over your calorie goal affects weight loss , not carb goal.0
