Atkins Pasta Bake Frozen Meal

Has anyone else bought this thinking you were going to get a decent amount of noodles? Luckily atkins meals were buy 1 get 1 free so I decided to try it. Only ended up having 4 noodles in it. I kind of think its a little deceptive how they advertise it on the box. I also bought the swedish meatballs to try out. A pasta bake with 4 noodles.....

    The Atkin's program is very carb restrictive.

    "Pasta" and "frozen" should never be in the same sentence.

    I was at the store today about to buy one of those Adkins frozen entrees, and WAY too much sodium.. I dont think i want to eat 800 sodium grams in one tiny meal. would rather make my own homemade food.

    I dont think they are worth it.

    That's the exact reason why I pass on all of those frozen meals.

    The truth about all low cal frozen meal options- they are just small no secret, the reason I will never fall for weightwatchers scam or any similar
