Hi there,

I try to loose weight while I eat anything I want.
You ask how?!
Well, moderation at all other times!
For example, last week I knew that I will be having lunch at a buffet on Thursday. I had been there before and I knew what delicious variety was awaiting me. So, I was extra good the day before and the day after it and on THE DAY, I ate super conservatively for my other meals.
I got to really enjoy my lunch and did not feel deprived and was happy to be good on the prior day and was pleased to be good the following day.
I don't know if this system works for you but it helps me alot. It makes me feel that I am not on a restrictive diet and I am still the boss

Good luck to all of you.
Happy March

Good for you! I am doing the exact same thing, and so far it helped me lose 21kg...so I am very happy.
    Happy March to you too!

I try to save up the majority of my exercise calories for the inevitable 'let's get a takeaway', office birthday treats, or socialising at restaurants (but I still go for something sensibly sized). I eat a healthy, well balanced diet outside of these deviations, but I don't see the point of denying yourself 24/7. I've always had more success motivating myself to stick to a good diet and push myself athletically if I know I'm working towards something nice rather than swearing off certain foods indefinitely.

I'm absolutely the same. The way I see it - I honestly and truly can eat anything I want... I just have to plan for it and work it into my calorie goal for the day. For example, I LOVE my chocolate. Like, love it love it. There's no way on this earth I could stick long term to something that didn't let me have chocolate. With MFP, I can eat chocolate every day, as long as I eat well for the rest of it and exercise. Perfect solution!

I am with you. When I know that I'm going to have a "bad" day coming up I will bank up by eatting less and doing more exercise. I get to eat what I want and be "just like everyone else" I personally don't bing this way! :)

Same here. 81lbs gone from eating what I like. Pretty awesome stuff :)

That said I DO watch my protein intake to make sure it is reasonably high and make sure I do some resistance work. I dont want to end up skinny fat lol.

Also, look at IIFYM. If it fits your macros ...
