Introduction

Hi,
I am a serial procrastinator when it comes to weight loss. i have decided that this time its do or die! My mum had a knee replacement surgery and the doctor warned me that I would need one too if i stay lazy (well, not exactly in those words.. I am just paraphrasing,) I started today - after joining in December two years ago....! have a long road ahead of me as I need to lose 33 kilos. Would appreciate encouragement/pushing from friends on MFP.

  • I'm aiming to lose the around the same amount as you - 4 kilos down, at least 26 to go. Like you I'm a procrastinator when it comes to weight loss. Joined MFP in January, but only really got started 2 weeks back. So far so good, but really need support and encouragement to keep me going. My biggest downfall seems to be my motivation to exercise daily. The slightest excuse to not go for that walk of an afternoon and I'll skip it. My own worst enemy as far as that goes.

    Me too! I've just started again today, but feel so motivated to finally lose the weight I need to! Good luck :) Lets hope we stick with it lol
  • Ugghh.. I know exactly what you mean...I've lost count of the number of mondays that have passed that were supposed to be my exercise start days ..:ohwell:

    Nice to meet you! Good luck on your journey. I just joined today and hoping for some encouragement as well. i'm also a procrastinator when it comes to weight loss haha =)
