Success in numbers is undeniable

Hey everyone,

I don't think Im alone in this, sometimes the number on the scale or reflection in the mirror don't show any progress.

Numbers can't lie though, I thought I would share my stats below and encourage others, take measurements!

I still have weight to lose but progress below is a huge change and motivation

Waist 114cm
Hips 144cm
Chest: 132cm
Thigh: 84cm
Weight: 146kgs

24/3/14

Bicep: 34cm
Waist 88cm
Hips 108cm
Chest: 103cm
Thigh: 66cm
Weight: 97.8kgs
