I am 21lbs away from my goal weight! I hope to be there by May! Like always I give God all the glory for every pound I lost! I tried this so many times on my own and failed every single time! It was only when I gave this battle over to Him & relied on His strength & not my own that I was successful!! My God is an Awesome God!!!

    I'm 5'6. I do a cardio bootcamp 3 days a week & have since August. I also do Crossfit or other cardio 2 days a week!

    great job. I am 12lbs away from being in the 100s. Started January 1st at 243 lbs and can't wait to be in the 100s as I feel like that will be my first real accomplishment. I saw you were wearing the BodyMedia...do you like? I have one and love it.
