2 med red or yellow bell pepper sliced
1 med sweet onion very thin wedges
1 clove garlic smashed n chop fine
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4tsp chill powder
1 tbs. lime juice
1 tbs chopped cilanto or any herb your choice
In i/2 inch non skillet pan melt butter n honey med high cook red pepper n onions till golden about 8 mins stir in garlic cumin n chill powder stir frequently about 2. to 3 mins remove from heat stir in lime juice n cilanto others could eat with pork or chicken sliced very thin hope u enjoy if u try u r welcome omgtry jim
