Continuing to drop weight

Hi All,
I was looking for some advice. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. So far, I have lost 14 pounds. The first ten pounds were fast to disappear. However, now the weight loss has slowed down (I'm still losing) but not as quickly as when I first started. Any ideas on how I can continue to lose weight consistently over time? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. My diet has only gotten better over time as well as my workouts.

Weight always comes off in the beginning ... water weight.
Just keep at it. Make sure you log accurately so you eat a deficit.
How many calories a day are you at now?0 -
I was at 1260. However, I was hungry through out the day so my trainer added 200 calories (but only protein).
I feel like my workouts are intense, so it surprises me I have not lost more weight. Maybe I should start a journal and see what foods are not working well with my body?0
