I would join but I would have to more than double my calorie intake everyday and I have a hard enough time getting my 1200 in.

Hope you're eating enough to recover! Where is the rest day? Seems like a great way to burn yourself into the ground after a week to me.

Do it any way you're comfortable with.Use any day for a rest day.I pedal my bike anywhere from 1 to 4 hours a day depending on how I feel. You don't have to burn yourself out.I enjoy pedaling and my energy level determines how long ,fast,or far I go.If i pedal for an hour I can usually burn 900 calories on average. So if i pedal a little over 11 hours in 7 days i got this challenge! Last week I didn't meet my goal because the weather wasn't conducive to riding a bike. One day I went to a health club and ran on a treadmill for an hour which only burned 660 calories. So for me to make my goal I need to get on my bike and not make excuses like I did last week.Twoo weels ago I made it just over 10000 calories but the previous week i made 11900 and I never felt like I burned myself into the ground.Anyway GOOD LUCK!!

Well put..I agree with you on this one. We are all different and do what we think works best for our own body. I didn't make it to the gym today so I guess this was my rest day :) New goal to meet starting tomorrow and I plan to go at it full speed ahead! Thank you again for the challenge!!

GREAT attitude nelsaphine! Sounds like you've got a grip on what you can & can't do.You can control how you feel if you miss a day at the gym.You choose to make it a positive(a day of rest) and go at it full speed the next day.Awesome!!

    Keep doing what you're doing!!
