HOW to get rid of stretch marks?

Hi there, I'm losing weight and due to gaining it, I have some stretch marks in my 'love handle' region. Once I lose weight or while I am, how can I get rid of them? While it's not a realistic comparison, so many celebrities gain weight or have babies and never seem to have stretch marks after.. What can I do to get rid of them??
Thanks!
Thanks!

Celebrities get rid of them via photoshop. Stretch marks are scars, they'll never go away without being surgically removed. They will fade, however. And almost everyone has them, so I wouldn't let them get to you.0

You can't.0

Other than getting them lasered, you can't. They do fade over time. I had some on my stomach after having both kids. After 2.5 yrs, you can barely see them unless you look really close.0

Stretch marks never go away.
There are oils that can reduce how bright/colorful they are (scar creams and such), but they don't make much more progress than time itself does. Stretch marks fade over time. Most of mine are very pale from when I first gained weight, but I have a few purple ones from recently regaining.
Even "laser removal" for stretch marks does little more than fade them slightly. It's a very expensive hoax, to be honest with you.
The only way to be rid of stretch marks is to have that section of skin removed, like if you had a tummy tuck or something done. Skin removal leaves huge scars, mind you.0 -
So, what's the best way to get them to fade? I've seen celebrities in movies, etc and they don't have them..0

Body make-up /: Sorry.
Time is your friend. You can try being rigorous with something like bio oil or prescription scar cream, but it won't make much of a difference and the end result will be the same as if you had just let them fade naturally (just perhaps a bit sooner.) It's kind of a waste of money.0 -

Lighting, body makeup and camera angles.0 -
It has been 4 years since I had my baby girl. They are more dull with each passing year. Lotions/creams can help make them not stick out as much, but they are with ya for the long haul hunny.0

It's also possible they didn't get them. Not everyone who gets pregnant or gains weight gets them. I know tons of friends who have had kids who didn't get a single mark and others who got tons. It all comes down to genetics and skin elasticity.
Just give it time, nothing really makes them go quicker (in my experience) stay hydrated, and stay moisturized0
