            Maybe get something yummy for when you want something sweet, salty, whatever you crave.
 You don't want to completely cut things out that might cause you to binge on.
 Also ... get those eggs!0

 Oh, haha, sorry, I should have clarified that I'm just going to replenish my stock of some healthy foods, so I still have the staples like eggs and 1% milk.Maybe get something yummy for when you want something sweet, salty, whatever you crave.

 triscuits
 maybe some flavored coffee creamer (caramel? toffee?)

 pork ribs (i like southern style because theyre cheap)

 because chocolate makes life worth living and you don't have to eat a whole bag in 1 sitting.0

            I like air-popped popcorn as a snack. A 25g serving had about 3.5-4g of fibre, a trace of sodium and is under 100 cals even after I add a flavouring. I flavour with either chilli powder, a pinch of salt, 2 pinches of sweetener, or a butter bud.
 I also like eating fat free cottage cheese or strawberry jam (sometimes both together) on crackerbreads.0

 Steaks (but we keep a freezer chest full and buy by the side)
 Fresh fish (like sockeye salmon)
 Sushi
 Avocados
 Kipper snacks/smoked herring

 Kombucha (but $$$, so I started making my own)
