Help me make sense of my measurements, please!

I've never taken body measurements before now. I really wish I would've done it at the beginning, but better late than never! Since I'm down to my last 10 lbs, I figured I may see more results on the measuring tape than I will on the scale, especially since I'm doing strength training.

Height - 5'5"
CW - 140 lbs
Thigh - 22"
Calf - 14.5"
Arm - 11.5"
Bust - 35"
Waist - 29"
Hips - 37"

(I have no clue how I'll remember exactly where I measured on places like my thigh, calf, and arm. I tried to get the widest spot, so I'm hoping I don't measure in a different place next time and think I lost inches when I actually haven't.)

My question is this: what do these measurements even mean? I have nothing to compare them to. I know there's no "right" or "wrong" measurements and you should only compare your own measurements to themselves, not yours with someone else's. However, I'd like to get some kind of information out of these numbers. Is there anything else?

BONUS QUESTION: What are your current measurements?

There are no right or wrong measurments...just try to measure in the same spot each time.

I measure both areas of my waist (at belly button and at natural bend) and my chest and where my bra band sits as I had a lot of "back fat"...

Really for me it's just another tool of tracking if I am headed in the right direction.

    My measurments are currently

    Height 5 ft 7
    CW 159ls
    Thigh 22.5
    Bust 38
    Band 33
    smallest waist 29.5
    belly button waist 33
    Hips 38...

Who knows...maybe measure a few areas you want to see shrink or expand weekly to measure progress. I haven't done any of that yet. I just look down at the pectorals and see if they've changed. Or use a mirror. :)
