I fully admit, I am lazy, and if my music isn't pumping me up, I will stop mid run and eat a whole bag of doritos (ok, slight hyperbole, but you get the idea). If these songs can't get you (and keep you) moving, you may want to check your pulse, because you might be dead. And if I had to pick the ultimate, or the ultimate, pump up workout songs, for me if would probably be OutKast- I like the way you move. just TRY to sit down when that song comes on

    Mr. Brightside -- The Killers
    Everybody Talks -- Neon Trees
    Animal -- Neon Trees
Light Em Up -- Fall Out Boy

These are just a few. I have a ton of music by The Killers but listen to so many different kinds of music! These are the ones that get me going though.

For some reason Cindarella has been on the playlist a lot lately. I think the lead singer sounds like Gonzo from the Muppets and never liked them much, but now everytime I hear them I want to go running :ohwell:
