What rewards do you give yourself when you reach a goal?

Ones that aren't food related, please. I'm interested in reading some since I want to do something that will continue motivation of reaching accomplishments when I get there, but I can't think of any satisfactory ones. Freebie days are too obvious IMO, and I don't feel like being guilty afterwards. (I apologize if this topic is in the wrong thread.)

    Mine is partially 'indulgence related'.
Once very two weeks if I have been good, and either lost or maintained and not cheated etc I can go out and do something, might be a meal or drinks, or cinema with friends and allowing naughty treats. It's combining the two (socialising and food) so I'm not just sitting on the sofa scoffing a pizza on my own with no genuine pleasure or reward.

My view is I put myself into this situation, so if I enjoy food, I enjoy seeing friends, then making a great night out, which does require breaking the rules is a fantastic reward and great training for when I am finally at the stage where I am maintaining weight!

I also have a tin at work, I used to buy naughty foods from the shop at work and whenever I am desperate to go down and buy something I shouldn't be having, I put the money I would have spent in the tin, and when I want something (like a nice top) I use the money in the tin, as without the money I couldn't afford that extra luxury, and I also wouldn't look as nice in it...

I honestly never really did much of anything. I pretty much found that achieving the goals I set out for and becoming more and more fit, improving blood work, etc to be more than enough motivation to continue on. The only thing I really did was buy a nice cx bike for myself after I had managed maintenance for four months without logging and hitting the 1,000 mile mark on my old POS bike...

Really though, I told myself I would get the bike if I hit the miles because that would mean I was dedicated enough to riding to go out and drop a good chunk of change on a nice bike....it sorta just happened that coincided with being at maintenance for about 3-4 months.

I know people to clothes and whatnot, but I've never been motivated by that stuff...my health is my primary motivation...and really, all of this has largely become a matter of habit for me rather than something I need motivation for. I just kinda "do" at this point.

I've gotten new jeans, a pedicure, and a new suitcase for a conference in May so far. So much fun! Though not very exciting, I suppose..lol

It really depends on what the goal is. When I finished my first HM I got myself a GPS watch. This past 5K I broke 30 minutes, but havent' decided on what I want to reward myself with (leaning towards some new CW-X tights). I dont' reward myself for weight loss, as the need to buy smaller clothes is a reward in itself.

My first ten pounds I got me a Polar watch and that helped motivate me to hit my next goal. When I hit 15lbs I got my nails done and a pedicure, it always feels good to reward yourself. My next will be a new hairstyle! I look forward to the small things and treats I get when I push harder.
