Looking for a Lifestyle Change

Hello everyone!
I'm Liz. I'm 19, I go to college, and I'm 151 pounds. I'm 5'5. I'm also vegetarian. I used to be 130 pounds, but gosh I have really let myself go. I'm looking to change my lifestyle by making it more active. I want to be doing something active everyday and experience the world by going out for walks with my dog, or running in the mornings.
My goal is to eventually be 120 pounds, to be tone, and to be stronger!
I am looking for a lifestyle change and dangit, I will change!
