Hello everyone,
I'm 47, had a hysto a year ago and have gained 21 lbs. I work full time and carting this weight around hurts. I would be interested to hear from others struggling with the same issues, anyone successfully using HRT?

I should also mention that I have celiacs so I'm gluten free and allergic to dairy, soy, the carrots/celery plant family and sweet potatoes.

    Contact my friend Pam Killeen.
    She can help!

    Good luck with everything!
The HRT is definitely something to look at but know that it takes time to dial in your hormones.
I'm currently working with my wife who suffers from endometriosis.
Her next option is hysterectomy and we are looking at all the options!
    Good luck to you!

Good for you for doing something about it! You'll feel younger each time you lose a pound.

Never let age hold you back. Yes, there are adversities but you are bound to find women in the same boat as you health wise and worse who are feeling fab! Do a search! There may be a group too....

You are only as old as you feel. I felt much older than 41 when I first started, wont even try to explain how much better I feel now.
