Has anyone tried this diet before? It looks really easy and implaments exercise routines. I think I am going to start it Monday. Any input from anyone?

I have a friend who swears by this diet. I'm going to give it a try. Have you started yet? How's it going so far?

    Sounds quack tastic

"The Fat Smash Diet is not a gimmick or short-term fix. It is a four-phase diet that starts out with a natural detox phase to clean impurities out of the system. Once this nine-day phase is completed, the next three phases encourage the addition of everyday foods that promote significant weight loss."

From the website: "It is a four-phase diet that starts out with a natural detox phase to clean impurities out of the system."

    Seems legit.

Edit: ^ acg beat me to it. But if it was on "VH1’s number-one rated show, Celebrity Fit Club, where Hollywood celebrities follow his customized diet plan and compete to lose weight" then it must be good!

I started last Wednesday, this is my second go at it. I think the second go around is much easier for me as now I know some healthy recipes and I have made sure I have plenty of good foods around when I start to feel hungry instead grabbing any ole thing to fill the hunger. I got good results the first time but I fell off the wagon and let those bad habits back in. I am more determined now to get this right for me.
