Hi all,
Just wondering what level to set my activity at, I'm not exercising at the moment but I work in a shop so I'm on my feet but only for 4 hour shifts. According to mfp it's lightly active but I'm thinking sedentary? Also when I do start to exercise do I change this or keep it as it is?
Thanks.

sounds lightly active to me
when you start exercising leave your activity level the same and log your exercise on the exercise page or under "cardiovascular" in your diary on the app0 -
Sedentary means seated or sitting down. As your job is standing you are not sedentary. Lightly active sounds fine.
If you are (or will be...) following the MFP eat back exercise calories method then exercise is not part of your activity setting - that setting relates to lifestyle and job but not dedicated exercise sessions.0 -
Ok that's great thanks both of you!0
