Tomorrow is my last day of level 1. While I am stronger and toner, etc I can't complete all the full reps. I complete about 90% the other 10% i am stopping and catching my breath. With all that said should I move up to level2

I would wait until the first day where you complete all the reps without having to stop personally.0

Do you mean you can't complete all the exercises at all or that you can't do them for very long? Each level is harder than the last, so if you find yourself dragging in level 1, you'll probably have an even greater difficulty with level 2 with the plank exercises. That being said, maybe stay with level 1 until you're comfortable moving on.0

I'm doing the 30DS too. I'm moving up to level 2 when I feel like level 1 is too easy.
I'm the same as you right now and stop to catch my breath about 10% of the time. I don't want to move to level two until I'm breezing through level one. It may take me longer than a month to do the whole dvd, but that's fine. I feel like if you feel ready for it, then do it. But if you wanna wait and master the first level, that's fine too.0 -
I moved up a level every 10 days...that is the way it was designed.
My 2nd run through I said I will move up when I am doing the exercies all non modified...usually took 6-8 days...I waited 10 days.0 -

JMO, but I would go ahead and start level 2. You will work different muscle groups and continue to build strength and endurance.
The 30DS is one of my favorite workouts. I have completed it but now, but find myself mixing it up and doing level 1 one day, then level 3, then maybe back to level 2, or the entire video at once...really focusing on form and doing all the advanced moves.
Once you are finished doing 10 days on each level start over again and you will find that you are much stronger than you were the first time you did it.
Keep up the good work!!0 -

Nothing wrong with that. It means you're pushing yourself. Jillian even mentions that you can take quick 5 second breaks. I'd be more concerned if you got through the whole workout without feeling like you needed a break.0 -
