Wheat, rice and potato. Had to drop them. Turns out that there are tons of other carbs with a lower glycemic index that I do not find remotely addictive.

baked goods - have to keep them away breads, cookies cake etc.

that's the only food type that triggers binges with me so I just don't eat it at all unless I go out - I don't keep it in the house.

    Bacon cheese burger
    Fries dipped in mayo (yep)
    Cheezies/chips
    Ice cream
    Chocolate
I'd say those are probably in order of their temptingness too!

No shame. Fries dipped in mayo is the ****E. I only don't do it more regularly because Ranch is easier to obtain at restaurants.

It's how it's traditionally served in Belgium...

I'm Dutch, they serve them there that way too, so yumm!

I have to limit to five? Hmmmm...these get me every single time:

    1) Movie Theater Popcorn, with butter of course
    2) Cheetos/Fritos/Chips in general
    3) Anything with cream cheese frosting
    4) Holiday themed candy - they make it seem like you'll never have it again! It's there, then it's gone, and you'd better get it while you can! Candy corn, conversation hearts, cadbury eggs, you name it.
    5) Tex-Mex - cheese sauce, spicy chipotle sauce, ranchero sauce.....mmmmmm, so many sauces!
