I am new to lifting weights... like literally never lifted in my life and I am 27! I really want to start and was hoping someone could help me with a plan?? Thanks!!

I'd suggest google searching for basic routines to learn various exercises you can do at the gym. Don't be afraid to learn how to squat, bench press and overhead pull down: these are the bread and butter lifts that focus on large muscle groups. Looking at your goals I'm guessing you want to tone up and build endurance. So you should be looking for a low weight hi repetition workout.0

Stronglifts 5x5, starting Strength or New Rules of Lifting for Women are beginner programmes.
Start light, and learn good form before increasing weight as this is essential once the weights start going up.0 -
