I've been logging for years, but never added "friends" I did not personally know until recently. I need some active motivational friends to take this journey with me!

my friends don't use - they don't have any weight problems, and I used it until now just to log my food and track the number of calories... but I realized that everything would be a lot easier if I had some motivational friends soo please, add me everyone who just wants to talk and share your frustrations with me0 -

I have used MFP on and off for quite a while but recently got some renewed enthusiam to finally try and get to my goal! Have found the motivation of others really helpful in the past when doing WW but have no MFP friends as yet, so anyone that wants to add for some mutual encouragement and motivation, please do!0

Hey there my name is Stephen am completely new to my fitness pal, it was recommended at the gym by my personal trainer, i try to eat healthy but have a few sips with alcohol and sugary snacks, such as cookies and muffins, joined this to help me aid to my fitness goals, feel free to add me0

Funny you posted that. I've lost 65 lbs so far, but I am having a horrible time fighting off the urge to slip up today! Just remember the reasons you started this journey and drink water!
