I feel like I should be sore....30 Day Shred

I've done four days of 30 day shred (all level 1) now and today, I feel nothing. I know my body gets used to it and all, but if I started out taking frequent brakes and feeling like death, shouldn't I still feel something? My endurance has gone up some and I am pushing more each time, but is that not enough?

It probably depends on what your fitness level was prior to starting the shred. At the beginning of Level 1 my quads and calves were SO SORE. Stairs were torture. But, I wasn't doing any exercise before the shred, so it was a shock to my system. On Level 2, my shoulder and back were sore as we worked those more. Just make sure your form is good on the moves and you are probably ok.

THIS. People can get sore laying down a certain way.

Good for you for continuing to push through - those workouts are no joke, especially as you get to level 2 and 3!

Some people just don't feel the soreness as much as others and shouldn't be used as an indicator of how hard you worked. Just like how some people sweat more than others... Sure it COULD mean someone's working hard than you but sometimes it just means they naturally sweat more.

Thanks all. I did day 5 tonight and I pushed hard and I feel it now. I'm excited to keep going.
