Forcing myself out of the "lurker" shell, this is a must respond post!
1. PIZZA (wow, there is definitely something about it; I think it's because it could literally encompass all other food items, depending on the toppings.
2. Pumpkin ANYTHING. Cheesecake, shake, roll, donut, cappuccino, pancake...you get the idea.
3. Coconut cream anything.
4. French onion dip. Chips? No. Merely the vehicle to get said dip to my mouth!
5. Sushi.
Realizing I should limit the list to 5, I still feel I must mention peanut butter. Specifically, Jif's whipped peanut butter. Just...wow.0 -

Oh man...I forgot about cheez-its.
I'm not allowed to buy them in anything bigger than a single serving sized bag. lol.0 -
1. Chips-anything except tortilla chips. They do nothing for me.
2. Little Debbies--anything except Cosmic Brownies. I can't stand them. That's the only "safe" one I can buy for the kids:)
3. Reese's, holiday themed (there's something about the soft sides as opposed to the traditional Reese's cups).
4. Lamar's Donuts
I cannot eat any of these things in moderation. Eating one serving ALWAYS turns into a binge. So at this point in my journey, I just don't eat them at all. Maybe someday...0 -
Potato chips. Particularly sour cream & cheddar.
Nutella. I could eat the entire container with a spoon. In an hour.
Ice cream. A half cup? No no no - more like a half CONTAINER.
WINE. I live alone. If I don't drink the whole bottle it goes bad!
French fries. Why would I get a salad when there are french fries?!0 -
After reading these, I must add fresh baked (still warm) bread with real butter. It's a good thing that I am not a good bread baker.0

-
For some reason, even though it's not a favorite, trail mix. It's ridiculously easy to overeat it. And macadamia nuts. I almost never eat them because I just don't stop until it's all gone.
There's other stuff that I'd really, really like to eat and eat until I explode (like ice cream and chocolate chip cookies, mostly), but I *can* seem to limit my portions if I want to.0 -
Chocolate
Cookies
Cake
Fresh bread
Ice cream
Always the carbs.0 -
1 Cheese based anything
2 Mountain Dew
I have some others that vary. I've gone thru Butterfinger and Reese Peanut Butter cup phases, and mashed potatoe phases, but those two are constant. I crave them regardless of whether it's been 10 mins or 10 weeks.0
