Hi I'm new

Just getting to know the site. So far so good.
Uploaded all my food yesterday and it was so easy! I was over my alloted calories so did some juggling today. Kinda fun!
I am looking forward to getting to know the app/site better.

Anyone with some helpful hints?

    No matter what log it. own your weight loss. and use the forums and build a good group friends for support

    Hi, I am new to the site and looking for friends who log daily. Please add me if you would like. It is life or death for me to lose the weight. I am unable to exercise much due to oxygen and so I am on a 1200 calorie diet. Would love any suggestions on meals, etc. Thanks:flowerforyou:

    Feel free to add me. I have been here since January.

    I have lost 30 lbs since Sept and have a few more to go. Then the hard part - MAINTAINING.
    I eat under 1200, low carbs, and go to the gym daily.

    Hi Im new too. Love the support I see. Anyone else finding it harder to lose weight after 40 years old. Used to come off so easy.
